New pro-Gingrich super PAC ad blasts "liberal Republican establishment"

A new pro-Newt Gingrich ad airing in Iowa is warning voters not to let the "liberal Republican establishment pick" the GOP presidential candidate - emphasizing that conservatives need "someone who's fought for us."

The ad, released by the pro-Gingrich super PAC Winning Our Future, will air in Iowa starting Wednesday and will run on broadcast and cable throughout the state until January 2 - the day before the Iowa caucuses. According to Winning Our Future, the ad buy was worth $250,000.

The thirty-second spot touts Gingrich's conservative credentials, and accuses the Republican establishment of "attacking him with falsehoods."

"The Republican establishment wants to pick our candidate," the ad's narrator intones. "When a principle conservative took the lead they outspent Newt Gingrich 20 to 1, attacking him with falsehoods."

"Conservatives need someone who's fought for us," it continues. "Newt balanced the federal budget, reformed welfare, cut taxes and created 11 million new jobs. Newt will take on radical judges, and fight against abortion. Don't let the liberal Republican establishment pick our candidate. "

"Winning our Future," was formed earlier this month, becoming the second super PAC created for purposes of boosting Gingrich's presidential campaign.

Super PACs can spend unlimited funds to support a candidate as long as they do not directly coordinate with the candidate's campaign. The first pro-Gingrich super PAC, "Solutions 2012," began operating last month.

by Fatesrider January 5, 2012 3:29 PM EST: Newt Gingrich, the man who single handedly proved the observation that to the right-wingers, there are just two kinds of people: Right-wingers and "everyone else".

Guess Newt doesn't what the moderate vote after all. Without knowing who funds these things, it's impossible to say. But were I a rich moderate, I'd be putting out super PAC ads like this to undermine both left and right politicians.

All you Republicans must be independently wealthy, and will never get old or sick. When my mother had a stroke and took a year and a half to die, it cost $6,000 a month JUST FOR THE ROOM in a nursing home. How did we pay for it ? MEDICARE - you know, that liberal socialist program that Paul Ryan and every other Republican wants to destroy. I guess they wanted us to pay for it out of pocket, sell our house and all our belongings, cars, everything. That is what voting REPUBLICAN means - after working your whole life like my Mom, you are out there all alone, Jack. Small government means abandonment of the American people.

Ron Paul is nothing more than a front for code pink. All you Paulocrats should see this guy's been around Washington since the 1980's. Also was against Newt when he was fighting the Clinton machine. Ron Paul is a fraud!!!!!!!
