Attorney Joel Bennett tells CBS News Karen Kraushaar, one of the women who accused Republican presidential contender Herman Cain of sexual harassment in the 1990's, has now decided she will NOT appear publicly unless Cain's two unnamed accusers also agree to come forward with her.

Yesterday, Bennett said Kraushaar decided to have the press conference with Sharon Bialek, and was also hoping to have any other woman there. Bialek came forward on Monday to accuse Cain of "sexually inappropriate" behavior in the 1990s.

But Bennett says Kraushaar has now concluded she would be the focus of all the attention with only Bialek at her side, so she has de

cided to wait and see if the two other women who have alleged harassment will agree to join her.

She has thus far been unable to speak with them, he said.

Here's a written statement:

PRESS RELEASE

For several days, my client, Karen Kraushaar, has been trying to contact the other two women who were subjected to sexual harassment by Herman Cain while he was the CEO of the National Restaurant Association. Despite diligent efforts, she has not heard from these two women.

Ms. Kraushaar has decided not to hold a press conference unless and until the other women come forward and wish to participate. She will have no further comment until that time and she and I will not be granting any interviews to the media before any such press conference. Ms. Kraushaar thanks Gloria Allred and Sharon Bialek for their willingness to appear with her but believes it would be more meaningful to have all four women present and participating.

Holes in Bialek's tall tale:
1)She claims that she could not file a complaint against Cain because she no longer worked for the NRA. The allegation she is making is of an ATTACK, and that is a matter for the POLICE, not an employer. Isn't is funny that neither she nor her Doctor boyfriend had enough common sense to realize this and did not bother to file a legal complaint against Cain and have him tried 14 yrs. ago?
2) She went back to the palatial suite which Cain had upgraded for her, after allegedly been attacked by him, and stayed in it, proving that she was neither upset nor afraid, otherwise, she would have asked to be moved to another room or moved to another hotel. Any woman with an ounce of common sense would have done so out of fear that he might come to the hotel to finish what he allegedly started in the car.
3) No woman with an ounce of decency would stay in a room paid for by a man who just attacked her, no ifs or buts about it, as a matter of dignity, in addition to fear for her safety.
4) She did not call anyone for moral support, not even her boyfriend. Now he claims that she told him after she got back from Washington, DC, and that she was still very upset'. Huh? (refer back to hole #2)
5) She attended a Tea Party rally in Chicago in which Cain was a guest speaker over a month ago, for the purpose of confronting him. Witnesses described it as a 'flirtatious conversation' not a confrontation, with Bialek even giving Cain a hug at the start of the conversation.
6) Bialek claims to be a Republican, yet the Chicago Tea Party officials who witnessed the meeting between her & Cain stated that they do not recognize her as a member of their group.
7) She looks as if she is enjoying herself too muuuuch with the attention she is getting. Does not look like a traumatized, suffering victim by any stretch of the imagination

Sharon Bialek has filed for bankruptcy twice, and her boyfriend is said to have filed for bankruptcy not long ago, yet she somehow found the money to retain the services of Allred, a very expensive celebrity ambulance chaser, but suddenly, that attorney discovered charity in her heart and claims to be doing this 'pro bono' not even my cat would believe this, if I had one). Coincidentally, Bialek either lived or still lives in the same building as David Axelrod (the man in charge of "clearing the field" of challengers when Obama ran for the Senate, curiously, through personal smears),and they are even gym buddies!
I don't know about the rest of you out there, but to me, these are just too many curiosities and coincidences which the media intentionally ignores and expects us to believe that these are 'long suffering' victims. Nothing that these women have said so far amounts to a hill of beans. Kraushaar was told by the NRA that they are willing to release her from her confidentiality agreement, but she prefers to continue with her smears without giving any details, leading me to believe that she is doing it for a large payoff from an 'unknown' source, and Bialek's story has more holes in it than a slice of Swiss cheese.
What a pity that the minds of the people of a country like the U.S.A. are under the control of YELLOW JOURNALISM with a biased, radical left agenda and whose vocabulary no longer includes words like ETHICS and TRUTH.

Ooops! There s/b a bracket after the word 'pro-bono'. It would be helpful if this site had an 'edit' feature.

A person is innocent until proven guilty. However, in this case, of a prominent male, (I do not wish to mention his name) I have great doubts of the integrity of this Gentleman. His remarks in his defense are murky and he mentions too often his memory. There is no law against loss of memory. He knows that. That's why I feel this man is a woman chaser. I would not be surprised to find in the end that he indeed molested females. Let's wait and see.

Despite the enormous and vicious rightwing backlash at these women, I sincerely hope that the 2 women who received formally accused Cain of harassment and received legal financial settlements either hold their own press conferences individually or release all the documentation form the NRA, proving: 1) the incidents did indeed happen; 2) Mr. Cain continues to deny and lie to the American people; and 3) no amount of viciousness, intimidation and threats from a rabid should ever silence honesty and truth.

"Viscious rightwing backlash"? Asking for evidence rather than vague, anonymous allegations is viscious backlash? Please note that the NRA has released Ms. Kraushaar from her confidentiality agreement so that she is now free to talk about and release any and all documentation she has about her allegations and settlement. Don't you find it a bit odd that this is what her attorney asked for and once he obtained it, they are now backing off?
All most of us want is to be able to make a determination on the FACTS. Thus far, all we have is he said/she said. This leads people to make their own conclusions. But to characterize the backlash as vicious (and not to recognize the anonymous, vague allegations as a red flag) says alot about where you are coming from.

This investigator used Layeryed Voice Analysis to prove Cain Innocent / Bialek a LIAR
Proven more effective than polygraphs. The military uses this, also law enforcement and insurance industry to fight fraud
Story came out yesterday and the women suddenly decide they don't want to go on T.V......you find that funny?

Find it funny? No, I find it absurd that you think a supporter using some software program has proof that Cain is innocent. Especially since Cain has obviously lied several times about knowing about the settlements and these women.

cain resolve it all himself by simply taking a lie detector test. even bieber was able to man up after denying he was charged by a female for fathering her child, bieber is getting a paternity test. cain can and should take a lie detector test. if he passes, he will get a huge following but right now he is losing followers and many potential votes.

an atlanta investigator did put cains statement from Monday that he did not dod what Bielek said and Beilek statement about crotch grabbing and put in on cuttin edge tech. proven to be more effective that polygraphs. 100% Cain telling truth. Beilek LYING.I will post a link for you. Drudge had the story but it was taken down....why bet Gloria Allred had something to do with that.

I disagree 100%. Lie detector technology can be fooled and if Cain takes a test and it comes out that he is telling the truth then the people that are determined to believe he is guilty will just say the test was biased, was conducted by someone that wanted Cain to pass. etcc... if he failed the test his fans would say the test was biased, he was under stress from months of campaigning so the test was irrevelant. Lie detector tests are only 100% on TV cop shows. Not in real life. I'll also believe that J. Bieber will take a paternity test when he actually does and when it is mandated and controlled by the U.S. Court system. What's going to happen there is that he's going to pay this woman to go away. She will accept a large sum of money and be bound by agreement not to discuss the matter any more.

they think the damage has been done and as this, as usual in most DNC attack politics is he said/she said they will simply fade back into the woodwork. Sorry, but damage to Cain hasn't been done and he may still get the nomination. If he doesn't, it won't be because of this. The DNC is deathly afraid of Cain because their philosophy is based on convincing blacks, hispanics and women that they are victims and that the democratic party is bravely standing between them and the evil republicans. Cain is the poster boy for that NOT being true. Marco Rubio is also a danger so expect to see some trumped up story on him if he steps more in the national spotlight. Democratic politics play to the young and politically uninvolved and they want to keep it that way. I know a large number of people who registered as a democrat on their college campus at 18 and when they get into the real world at 30, they look at the politics and the issues and start voting the man instead of the party. This is bad news for the democrats because progressive (re:liberal) policies are failing all over the world.

Herman Cain found innocent by private investigtor. This investigator uses Laryered Voice Analysis used by law enforcment, military and the insurance industry to fight fraud claims.
Layered Voice analysis has been studied on know criminals and has been found to be more reliable than polygraphs...a 95% rate and polygraphs 50% rate.

Cains statement about Bielek that he did not assault her in the news conference was tested on this software and says that he is absolutely telling the truth....no doubt

Bieleks statement in her news conference was put on the software and it was conclusive that whe is in fact LYING.

This is again more reliable than polygraphs.
