Tina Fey Reprises Sarah Palin Impersonation

Tina Fey reprised a tiny bit of her "Saturday Night Live" Sarah Palin impersonation last night during a presentation at the Ad Council Annual Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York.

During her 7:40 minute routine, Fey made some jokes about the former McCain vice-presidential candidate's best-selling book, "Going Rogue," and then said (at around 2:40 in the video below), "Mrs. Palin and I continue to have so much in common. They recently made a porn movie... this is true... about Sarah Palin and then this same adult actress, Lisa Ann, played me in a porn parody of '30 Rock' ...Weirdly, of the three of us, Lisa Ann knows the most about foreign policy."

Fey saved her brief impersonation for the end of her time on stage, starting out in her own voice, "We'll begin with an issue that is," and then in her Palin voice "so critical to the future opportunity."

The audience laughed, and she said, "I'm gonna be doing that 'till I'm dead."

Does anyone believe that Sarah Palin has an ounce of intelligence? I am a moderate Republican and I think she is quite possibly the dumbest politician to get this much attention since Sen. Joe McCarthy in early 1950's. All Sarah Plain does when she discusses politics is recite standard talking points and when she is off script, she looks and talks like a complete moron.

SNL has a long history of lampooning presidents and political figures. Sarah Palin is no different.

Chevy Chase did a wicked impersonation of Gerald Ford as a bumbling idiot, when in fact Ford was an accomplished athlete.

Tina Fey's impersonation of Sarah Palin is mean-spirited and just not funny anymore.

She may be "doing this till I'm dead" but her audience will be the rest of the bloated has-beens in the actor's rest home.

Tina Fey is a bitter lost soul who should be giving Sara a percentage of her earnings. Something creepy about a liberal who keeps sponging off a conservative and has no qualms about it. Guess that's just the liberal way!

This is perhaps the dumbest and most cliche comments on a story I've ever read.

So how come CBS hasn't carried the story on her being BOOED at her book signing? It shows what kind of a person she really is. Of course most of us already knew that.

The hateful Fey said "I'm gonna be doing that 'till I'm dead."
Got my fingers crossed that her misfortune and pain won't last too long and her wish will be granted.

Anyone else notice the CBS is the only one carrying this "spat" between Mr. Palin and the sparring future son-in-law. By the tone he took in the interview, you can tell someone on the west coast is influencing him big time on what to say and do. Yup. CBS = Sarah Palin hatred to the max. You can't even write a true story much less one designed to defame someone.

Pathetic. Sarah is pretty. Tina is ugly. It just doesn't work. Another sad attempt by the lamestream media. Sarah rules!

Fay is WAY hotter than Palin. Never got why people think Palin is all that hot. Maybe cause she looks better in a room full of fat middle age white guys and women, which is the only demographic that supports her.
