President Obama's Schedule Today (10/20/09)
In the morning, President Obama will receive his daily briefings. He will then meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki in the Oval Office.
Later, Mr. Obama will then hold a recognition ceremony to honor Troop A, First Squadron, 11th Armored Combat Regiment of the U.S. Army, recipients of the Presidential Unit Citation for actions in the Republic of Vietnam.
The president will then meet with senior advisers in the Oval Office before traveling to New York City.
In New York, Mr. Obama will tour the Joint Terrorism Task Force Headquarters and deliver remarks to staff members. He will then deliver remarks at a fundraiser for Bill Owens, the Democratic candidate running for New York's 23rd Congressional District and at a fundraiser to benefit the DNC.
The president will then return to Washington.
