President Obama's Schedule Today
President Obama will be briefed by senior government officials in the afternoon on preparedness and response efforts surrounding the 2009 H1N1 flu virus. Included in the meeting are White House Homeland Security Adviser John Brennan, CDC Director Tom Frieden and Cabinet Secretaries Kathleen Sebelius, Janet Napolitano, Arne Duncan and Gary Locke.
In the evening, Mr. Obama will host a dinner in the State Dining Room celebrating Ramadan and highlight the contributions of American Muslims.
