On his 70th day in office, President Obama will make an announcement about the American automotive industry at the White House.
Later in the day, Mr. Obama will meet with Defense Secretary Gates in the Oval Office.
Later in the afternoon, the president will deliver remarks and sign the Omnibus Public Lands Management Act of 2009. In the evening, Mr. Obama will travel to the Capitol to meet with the House Democratic Caucus.
