And remember you can watch the press conference live tonight on CBS television or here at CBSNews.com.

We as African Americans are sick and tired of the avoidance we are receiving. We are born knowing, how to be poor and to die poor. The ecomony is a concern for non Blacks, period. We are dealing with a more serious crisis in the black communities and that is the criminal justice department. When is Mr. Holder and President Obama going to start talking about fixing the disparities amongst our black males? especially for non violent crimes are young black males are being given life sentences on the state and federal courts. I think its fine time, that this issue be addressed ASAP! I no for experience what is happening to my own family member, and the federal public defenders are working with the government to help prosecute our people and given extreme prison time. President Obama promised that he would fix this, yet we have heard nothing. Modern day slavery...is this okay? We as mothers are losing our children. But if its a white male with a more extreme crime, he gets a slap on the hand. He is offered treatment which cost $8000.00 per year, yet the taxpayers are paying out $43,000.00 a year to house a non violent prisoner. I rather take my taxpaying monies towards treatment than putting them in prison. I think Mr. Holder and President Obama, should really take a long look at Seattle, Wa. The federal government are doing some very dangerous games against our young males, and the state level as well. President Obama hired Kirelowski..are you kidding me? We as Blacks are outraged about this, not to mention Ron Sims..I no this has got to be a political deal here, because these have been the most damaging people in the Black community. By the way, a huge THANK YOU to Ron Sims, who made sure that there is now not a Black community anymore in Seattle. This is an outrage Mr. President, and I feel i can speak for my friends and I that we are asking for action immediately please. If you want names I got it for you. Try Vince Lombardi US prosecuter, Try Judge Robart , Federal . A Black person does not have a chance in court with this people in office. We no who Lombardi is related too. Does that make it right that my son, and many others are incarcerated looking at life in prison for non violent crimes, and with no violence on their record? We are begging for your help here in Seattle. Please.

Mr. President,

A few weeks ago on the news a child was found eating garbage in a trashcan at the park. What are you going to try to do to make sure all lost children can be reunited with their parents? Or have you even had any thoughts on that situation??

This Would Work: I love this plan!

This was an article from the St. Petersburg Times Newspaper . The Business Section asked readers for ideas on "How Would You Fix the Economy?" I thought this was the BEST idea. I think this guy nailed it!

Dear Mr.President,

Patriotic retirement:

There's about 40 million people over 50 in the work force; pay them $3 million apiece severance with stipulations:

1) They leave their jobs. Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed.

2) They buy NEW American cars. Forty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed.

3) They either buy a house or pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed.

4) they have to invest what's left over in a safe investment (like CDs)

* a little math lesson.... $3 million, less $1 million (for house, new car, and pay off the rest of your bills) = $2+ million.

*$2+ million at 3% interest = $60,000+ for the rest of your life!

Mr. President,
We "were" living the American dream, Worked hard, saved and invested, lived within our means. We paid off our house, cars, and all our others bills so we could retire early. We got health insurance in place before we retired, back in 1999 it cost about $4,000 a year with a $2,500 deductible, NOW it cost about $16,000, yes that is $16,000.00 a year with a $12,000 deductible. We have called everyone out there, and that's the best we can do, other then let our insurance laps, and go on some type of state insurance. Everyone in DC wants to do something for the "working poor," what about the people that "did all the right things," and now are the retired poor?

Mr.President,
I can accomplish more with a million dollars than the government can do with a billion dollars of bailout money. Give me a chance to show what the American entrepreneurial spirit can do for our economy.

Thank you,

I would like to know how Obama feels about the moral issues in the US. Babies born to unwed mothers have increased to an all time high. I see some mothers and fathers raising their children without getting married. I believe the reason for this is because if they marry, the unwed mother loses the benefits received from social services. Actually, this discriminates against married couples that are struggling to meet their bills and raise their children.

Mr. President

Would you like erasmus to come help?

There is nothing that erasmus would like better than to bang some heads together. : )

You put the economy as an excuse for your wastefull spending but most of us are not fools. The economy was'nt this bad untill the Democrats got control of congress the last two years. You have spent more money than all Pres. from Pres. George Washington to Pres Bush all together. You're nothing but a big spendor out to bankrupt us. When are you and the Democrats going to resign?

Mr Obama:

Does the back of your hand still sting from that ***** SLAP you gave Dick Cheney on 60 Minutes last week? Ha!

PS: It's "CHEEE-nee," by the way, as NBC's Chris Matthews now pronounces it. Hilarious!
