Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who had surgery early this month for pancreatic cancer, returned to work today.

"She entered the courtroom on her own smiling broadly and appears to be doing well – one would never know she recently went through a major surgery," reports CBS News producer Deidre Hester.

The 75-year old justice is hearing oral arguments this morning. On Feb. 5, doctors discharged Ginsburg from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center after removing a small malignant tumor and concluding that the malignancy had not spread.

Ginsburg entered the courtroom this morning wearing the black robe and white collar combination familiar to Supreme Court watchers. As attorneys were sworn into the Supreme Court Bar, she looked directly at each individual and offered a nod and a smile to welcome them, Hester reports.

I wish Justice Ginsberg a speedy and complete recovery.

Buth with politics aside for a moment...

If I had just been diagnosed with cancer like Justice Ginsburg and had gone under surgery, the LAST thing I'd be wanting to do is sit around with 8 frumpy guys in black robes.

I'd be spending time with my family and if there was some place that I'd always wanted to visit, my travel agent would be getting a call poste haste.

Isn't it a wonderful Christian thought. Praying for a person to die.

That is the state of religion today.
Christianity as it is practiced in the United States doesn't seem to have anything to do with the philosophy of Jesus Christ.

Just a clue to another idiot republican. Obama will appoint the next Supreme Court Justice.

And it certainly won't be someone like Scalia who doesn't understand the meaning of the word punishment.

Christians, what a bunch of hypocrites

According to Kentucky senator Jim Bunning, Justice Ginsberg has only 12 months to live and Bunning is getting ready to lobby for a neocon Fascist Nazi Republican judge to replace her.

Bunning's prediction was babbled as he was re-writing the Book of Genesis which, according to him, indicates that all the prophets in Genesis were Republicans!

Sitting in a side room was a duplicate Ark of the Covenant built by Bunning to replace the one stolen by Indiana Jones!!!

Afterwards, he marched down to the Potomac River where Mitch McConnell stood in freezing water up to his waist, waiting to baptize him!

HAIL OBAMA!!!
