Day 17: Obama Gets More Aggressive On Stimulus

He took steps to increase the energy efficiency of household appliances, arguing in doing so that it "will save consumers money, this will spur innovation, and this will conserve tremendous amounts of energy."
And he said that religion should not be a tool for division as he announced the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.
