"Hotsheet Live" debuts on CBSNews.com

Today, we debuted the re-launch of our politics webcast, now called "Hotsheet Live." CBS News political analyst John Dickerson anchored the first edition, joined by the New York Times' Jeff Zeleny, the Washington Post's Karen Tumulty and Time Magazine's Michael Scherer.

"Hotsheet Live" will debut new original features and series from all of CBS News as the 2012 campaign continues to heat up.

Dickerson's Reporters Roundtable will continue to air live every Friday at 12:30 p.m. ET and all "Hotsheet Live" interviews and videos can be found at http://www.cbsnews.com/hotsheetlive.

Watch Friday's panel discussion on the race to the Republican nomination, Herman Cain's chances and whether Mitt Romney is the "inevitable" nominee, in the video at left.

Cains 9-9-9 plan makes no common sense and why he won't take time to explain it. He can't. That sales tax would increase taxes on a new car $3,000. $100 in tax on a new TV plus he wants to tax everything we buy at 9%.

And how does he plan to pay for social security, medicare, enviromental issues, clean water, roads and highways, NASA, the FAA, border security and all the other programs on 9% tax? I guess he thinks out solders should all be volunteers and fight the war with a sling shot?

From what I understand, some economists think that it could reduce the amount of revenue brought into the government by half; and you're right, everything will cost more, and there won't be any funding ( or enough) for major agencies and programs.
