MARION, Iowa - If her husband Mitt becomes president, Ann Romney said she will focus on working with troubled kids as first lady.

"At-risk youth have been a concern and a love of mine and a passion of mine for a lot of years," Romney told reporters on Wednesday after stumping in Marion for Iowa state Senate candidate Cindy Golding, who is running in a November special election.

Ann Romney also did some campaigning on behalf of her husband, referring to the former Massachusetts governor as "the jobs guy, the turnaround guy."

Mitt Romney spent part of the day across the country campaigning in Tallahassee, Fla.

if she wants to help the kids at risk. start with a education, take the billions of wasted dollars on bs. build thousands of new schools hire thousands of teachers. take away the bs cell phones ipads or whatever they are, get their fat a$$$s off the couch and learn something, then the first kid to drop out of school when him or her turn 16,,,, slap the crap out of the parents. i know this might seem old , but it might just work.

"At-risk" sounds like code for something. What exactlyare these youth's "at risk" of?

Does she mean poor, or influenced by crime, unwed pregnant, danger of being agnostic, obese, or g.ay?
