Republican Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell's campaign has apologized to a Delaware radio station for threatening legal action against it, ultimately conceding that there was no legal issue with the network's actions.

WDEL reported on Wednesday that, following an O'Donnell appearance on "The Rick Jensen Show," which was broadcast live on air and streamed on the station's website, O'Donnell spokesman Matt Moran demanded that the video be turned over to the campaign and not released.

Moran, who argued that the campaign had not agreed to the videotaping of the interview, threatened to "crush WDEL" with a lawsuit if the tape were released.

The station reports that a lawyer for O'Donnell then contacted WDEL's law firm, at which point "WDEL's attorney asserted that the interview and video were in compliance with all applicable laws, was clearly protected free speech under the First Amendment, and that the campaign had no grounds to demand the station withhold it from the public."

The O'Donnell attorney later apologized for the threat and "agreed that there was no legal issue with the video."

Now now Christine you are a bigger fool than Palin--WOW that was hard to beat!

When will these teabagger's like Christine O'Donnell learn as Palin did that they should only give interviews with News Corporate owned media like Fox News and The Wall Street Journal who give them the questions they will be asking days before the interview along with the suggested answers and a crew of people to go-over all interview needs.

Otherwise they will look like BIG-TIME Nutcases, Fools and Liars as was the case with Palin before she limited having interviews only with Fox and Friends.

I also read that Fox Management are now running yahoo----- That's why a lot of factual info countering the GOP and Teabagger liars are not being posted and the many Liars and bull of the GOP are being posted at record speed!!!

Her reaction shows it all. If she HAD power, what would she do? Just more evidence she's unfit for office.

Republican Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell's campaign has apologized after threatening to sue a Wilmington radio station following her appearance on a talk show.

O'Donnell's appearance Tuesday on WDEL-AM's "The Rick Jensen Show" was broadcast live and streamed on the Internet.

At one point, the video shows O'Donnell snapping her fingers and beckoning an aide after Jensen pressed her on how she would have handled the county budget differently from her Democratic opponent, County Executive Chris Coons.

After the interview, O'Donnell told Jensen she would sue if the video was released. The station says her campaign manager threatened to "crush" WDEL-AM if it didn't destroy the video.

An attorney for the O'Donnell campaign later apologized to WDEL-AM's attorney.

I guess this self-proclaimed constituational scholar is as familiar with freedom of speech as she is with separation of church and state. Where does the GOP get these freaks? I guess they ran out of human beings.
