President Obama's Schedule Today (8/31/10)
In the morning, President Obama will travel to Fort Bliss, Texas, where he will meet with troops.
In the evening, Mr. Obama will return to Washington and address the nation from the Oval Office on the end of the American combat mission in Iraq.
