Joe Biden's F-Bomb a Hit Online

biden AP

Vice President Joe Biden couldn't resist telling President Obama yesterday that signing comprehensive health care reform into law was a "big f***ing deal." It turns out, a number of people on the Internet agree with him.

After the vice president's apparently foul choice of words started to earn some attention, Hotsheet noted that White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs embraced the moment, Tweeting, "and yes Mr. Vice President, you're right..."

The micro-blogging site Twitter may be the perfect medium for capturing fleeting, interesting moments like Biden's remarks. Another Twitter user decided to preserve the moment with a new feed called BigFnDealer. The first message left on the feed reads, "FDR had the New Deal. Truman had the Fair Deal. J-Biden's gives us the Big F***ing Deal."

One online t-shirt retailer is exploiting the moment with t-shirts featuring Biden's profound statement, as well as t-shirts poking fun at Biden for being prone to such gaffes. There's also t-shirts smugly expressing the same sentiment as Biden: "I voted for Obama and all I got was this historic victory on health care," it reads.

Of course, the quote has also inspired some new Web sites: www.thisisabigf***ingdeal.com (the actual URL uses the full expletive) has a YouTube clip of the moment -- which you can watch below. And for anyone who wants to learn more about the man who uttered those words, the site www.abigf***ingdeal.com (again, the URL uses the full expletive) redirects visitors to the White House biography of Biden.

Look, I think we can all agree the Palin AND Biden not the brightest bulbs in the box. You have to be kind of slow to even want the VP job. Why on earth are you acting surprised and\or self-righteous over salty language? Get a life, and find a real issue (I think there are still plenty around).

BTW - I think it's more likely that foreigners view us as crude and WAR-like for reasons other than Biden's wayward tongue.

And people make fun of Palin for being stupid. Look at the picture and the man's track record. It scares me that we are one heartbeat away from having President Biden, commander-in-chief. Lay of the cigarettes, Barack, and hit the gym. And I wasn't afraid of clowns before.

Soooo many people are trying to CLEAN THE WORLD UP and here comes our
vice president with the audacity to use the F word. For shame, Mr. Biden!
To some of us ordinary citizens for whom your office serves, we do not
appreciate that kind of language and actually forbid it in our homes
around out family members. A lot of us have rules about language like
that, use it IN THE STREETS, NOT IN OUR HOMES. Perhaps you belong in
the streets, Mr. Vice President. You're not funny, by the way.

Get over yourself. If you want to be word police. Get an elementary school teaching job. Other wise leave people to say what they say. It isn't your words. So, why offended. In a world of so many people feeling they need to control the actions of others, we often find those with the loudest voice of outrage live in glass houses.
He whom is without sin may cast the first stone. You call yourself ordinary. That equals head up south end.

wow. obama has really brought our country together. we are all parted and divided more than ever. that sucking noise you hear is the sound of companies/jobs moving out of the united states b/c obama is so anti-government. i have only one thing i really care about at this point....jobs. we need jobs out here!!! and obama spent his whole day in iowa trying to sell the healtcare bill. if i were one of you without a job, i would really be pissed that all he does is fly around in constant campaign mode.
