Death Report of Bin Laden Son Believable

A senior Western diplomat speaking to CBS News strengthened this morning's report that Osama bin Laden's son Saad has died.

"Intelligence information suggests Saad bin Laden has not been in communication with anyone for a few months now. That strengthens speculation over his death," a NATO-country ambassador said to CBS News' Farhan Bokhari in Islamabad, Pakistan, Thursday night.

Speaking to CBS News on condition of anonymity, the ambassador said, "So far, there is no indication that he was anywhere near his father if and when killed. Osama bin Laden is apparently still alive." This was the first time that a senior western diplomat in the Pakistani capital independently confirmed the report since NPR quoted an unnamed counterterrorism official reporting the younger bin Laden's death.

Earlier on Thursday, a Pakistani government official who spoke on condition of anonymity said the claim of Saad bin Laden's death could not be ascertained unless his body was found. "I am skeptical because in the past too, we have heard of high profile terrorists including Osama bin Laden being dead but then they have resurfaced," he told CBS News.

The former Great Emperor George W. Bush II is HIGHLY UPSET that reports indicating that Osama Bin Laden's son was killed in an air strike appear to be true.

After all, it must be remembered that the Great Emperor Bush II had given up even THINKING about Osama Bin Laden let alone killing him or any of his family. Now, Obama has done something that Bush II could not do, GET a member of Bin Laden's family!!!!!

What's next??? Some Pakistani delivering Bin Laden's carcass in an oil drum??? What would Bush II, ex-VP Darth Vader Cheney, and all stupidly-loyal neocon Fascist Nazi Republicans do??? Who would they pick for US TO BE AFRAID OF????

HAIL OBAMA???????

Let's hope the little SOB is dead and let's hope his father joins him soon. I sure don't want him captured alive. Not with this fool of a president. He'll probably get constitutional rights from the unconstitutional leftists.

doesn't bin laden have like 40 sons and hundreds of grandkids? I looked at his family tree on wikipedia and saw he had lots of relatives. I was surprised more of them haven't been in the news, having such a large family I am sure not all of them are loyal to daddy besides the one.

Throughout his campaign, Obama stressed a desire to find Bin Laden and kill him. Since the election, he hasn't said anything about it. What is he waiting for?

lets say you kill bin laden and then what? terrorism and evil will end? Saddam Hussein and his sons were all killed and? how come there are high school dropouts still getting blown up there? it's like the argument about owning guns, you own 10 guns and? crime ceases to exists because of that? has that deterred crime? no, it still happens. Has the death penalty deterred crime? no, we have rapists, serial killers, all kinds.... This are the dumb arguments, it's like a dog chasing it's own tail.

Where is Bin Laden ?? The democrats were claiming it was soooooo easy to find him, why wasn't Bush finding him and was "distracted" by Iraq.....well, since we poured enormous amounts of troops into Afghanistan/Pakistan, where is Bin Laden ?? It's so easy to find him, what are they waiting for ?

Not so easy, is it ?

Your comment is stupid.
It was long ago we had the chance to get Bin Laden, but it was Bush who ordered the troops out of Afghanistan to Iraq for the attack on Saddam.
The CIA had cornered Bin Laden, but at the time, we had a VP who wanted to control the CIA himself, so George Tennant was screwed.
Mr Tennant deserved credit for destroying the forces at Tora bora. It was CIA agents that did the field work and found his main base calling in the air strikes and the northern alliance which killed many Al Quada and Taliban forces. That was a chance to capture Bin Laden, but like I said, President Cheney had other ideas....like no bid contracts to Halliburton who then moved out of the U.S. those traitors and carpetbaggers.

he is probably hiding in bush's ranch along with his christians and gun owners and other terrorists that bomb our federal buildings. Or maybe he is with sarah palin, preparing to secede from the US in a treasonous plan like the anti american party in alaska she supports.
