Bin Laden raid intel yields leads on al Qaeda No. 2 al Zawahiri

The intelligence community has obtained "positive intelligence" from the materials taken from Osama bin Laden's compound which is helping narrow down the locations of core al Qaeda leadership including the whereabouts of Ayman al Zawahiri, al Qaeda's former No. 2 man and a candidate to succeed bin Laden.

The intelligence source said that there are "numerous" leads giving them locations but cautioned that they are fluid as al Qaeda leaders may be on the run, changing their locations.

"It's not as easy as going to an address. They may not be there anymore but it helps a point of reference," the source said.

Analysts are working around the clock scrutinizing the documents and 2.7 terabytes of computer data, knowing that the information may be perishable.

The tribal of Pakistan targeted in the strike is called the Datta Khel, where senior al Qaeda leadership is suspected of operating their training camps.

Protecting the American people.

A REAL President would have captured UBL
and dumped him in a hole in Gitmo and NOT
TOLD A SOUL that "we got'em".

A REAL PresIdent would have exhausted
ALL of the "treasure trove" of intel first
before patting himself on the back like a
teenager in high school who scored his
first touchdown.

After Obama made his victory lap, any
terrorist that had connection to UBL has
been notified by the narcissist in chief
that it's time to burn the cel, burn the
credit cards, switch IDs and of course
switch location.

Thank you "President" Obama for making
useless ALL of UBLs intel that just possibly
could have thwarted the next Bali, Madrid,
London or even the next 9-11... Just
because your poll numbers were sagging
and you want people to forget raising gas
and food prices as well as the disaster of
your "stimulus".

"Never forget" is what you said at your
shameless photo op at ground zero...

WE WILL NEVER FORGET the day you chose
to try to save your floundering presidency
over the opportunity to stop the next
terrorist attack.

By stopping bin Laden, he DID prevent other possible attacks. Key word: "possible," because I have no doubt that they can do this without him. The truth is, you don't know what he is doing with that intel because that information is likely classified. Just like the fact that you had no idea that we were onto bin Laden until after the fact. A REAL president is elected into office by popular vote; and last I checked, Obama was. Obama was not the one who was personally there, so Obama did not have the choice to capture or not capture him. The SEALS were not even told who the target was and perceived bin Laden as a threat before even realizing who it was.

A multitude of different inside sources both publicly and privately, including one individual who personally worked with Bin Laden at one time, told us directly that Osama's dead corpse has been on ice for nearly a decade and that his "death" would only be announced at the most politically expedient time.
