Islamist Leader is Arrested in Sudan

Hassan Turabi, a flamboyant Islamist leader who used to be friends with Osama bin Laden, was arrested on Monday in Khartoum, Sudan's capital, on suspicion of fomenting a rebellion, Sudanese officials said.
