McCain's Last-Minute Get-Out-The-Vote Effort

(CBS)
(GRAND JUNCTION, COLO.) – At the last rally of his presidential campaign, John McCain said he could feel the momentum shifting in his direction in Colorado, but that his supporters still needed to help get out the vote.
"We're going to win it right here in the state of Colorado," McCain said. "Get your neighbors to the polls – drag them there if you need to."
Barack Obama has about a five-point lead here in most polls, so a lot of dragging may be in order if McCain wants to pull out a win in this battleground state.
McCain also sounded a nostalgic note about his years in the Navy and in Congress, as he makes his final argument for the country to ask him to serve again.
"There's not a day I haven't thanked God for the privilege of serving the United States of America," he said.
