Biden Won't March In Parade Because Of Gustav

Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden will not be participating as scheduled in a Pittsburgh Labor Day parade because of Hurrican Gustav.
A member of the Obama/Biden staff made the announcement aboard the traveling press bus today - Biden had traveled to Pittsburgh late Sunday in preparation for the event.
Instead, Biden will make himself available to reporters this morning before going to Scranton for a discussion on the economy at his childhood home.
