Obama Weighs In On Clinton and the Convention

(CBS)
From CBS News' Maria Gavrilovic:

(CHICAGO) - Barack Obama blamed the press today for trying to drum up controversy surrounding the Democratic Convention and Hillary Clinton's request that her delegates be properly represented.

"There hasn't been controversy other than what you guys are projecting right now," Obama said visibly annoyed.

On the flight from Minneapolis to Chicago, Obama said he spoke to Clinton earlier this week and that their staff is working out the details.

"It has gone seamless," he said regarding talks between staffers, "It has not been a problem."

But when he was pressed whether he would object to having Clinton's name alongside his during the nomination process, Obama said, "I didn't say that. I said they are working it out guys."

He added that he hopes both his and Clinton's supporters will come out of the convention feeling "determined" to win the election.

Not that I prefer in any way a racist country- but this country is not evolved to the point where racism is absent- so in effect- this candidate will have major problems now and until he is no longer a candidate.

Generally people are not that bright- and this is why they cannot see through the facade of Mr Obama. McCain is not another Bush, you and many others have it backwards. It is Obama who is the liar, and if only people were smarter they would open their eyes and see this fact.

In another storty on this subject in regard to those avid Clinton supporters who still haven''t warmed up to him and may even resent him, Obama said, "We''re not talking to those people, we''re talking directly to the Clinton campaign people and staff." Keep it up Bambi....it''s just that kind of arrogance that may well cost you the election.

Your hypocrisy is abouding when you can''t even find a vote under a rock that will support you, and NOW after your ridiculous accusations and SCAMS, you realize you can''t win it without her!
