And Now, A Talking Moose

MoveOn.org Political Action is out with a new ad featuring a talking moose and raising questions about Sarah Palin's qualifications to be vice president. "You really gotta question John McCain's judgment, picking Sarah Palin as his VP," the moose says before pointing out that John McCain is 72 years old and "she could end up in charge." The ad will run in locations Palin visits, starting in Las Vegas today.

MoveOn executive director Eli Pariser says of the ad, "Sarah Palin has shown the country exactly who she is in the last seven weeks, and it's a picture of someone ill-equipped to lead. Her lack of experience and knowledge about critical issues our country is facing makes her a liability to the McCain-Palin ticket and the more attention she gets, the more it increases voter's doubts." Who better to represent the Grand OIL party than the governor of a state that benefits the most from oil interests? It''s an added bonus that Palin''s foreign policy experience stems from the proximity of her home to Ruussia & Canada! Personally, I think the Europeans have said it best; Sarah Palin IS the HALF-BAKED ALASKAN!
Obama/Biden...the only choice for people who have been paying attention!

How dare john Mc Cain embarrass American intelligence by foisting this right wing nut case on us! The whole world is asking, " What was he thinking?" It is frightening to even think that she could end up as our President! Do everything in your power - get out the VOTE FOR OBAMA/BIDEN!

This is what everyone has been saying. MCcain really has a problem with Judgement. when he chose Palin. That was the final nail in his coffin. In seven weeks, this woman has not said anything on her own. As if she is a puppet. Not a GOP puppet. The GOP knows better to run a campaign like this.

Regarding Palin, isn''t shoring up their right wing base the main reason McCain picked her?
I see no surprise here, an I would not have been surprised if he had chosen Pat Robertson, Fred Thomson or some other right wing lunatic.
The only surprise is in their campaign slogan "Country first", when picking an inexperienced woman from Alaska to run the country.
Here is my 2 cents for McCain: drop the ''country'' from your slogan and change it to ''Joe the plumber''.
That is not only more accurate, but also might draw some youth that gets the news from the comedy shows.

Are you shocked about Colin Powell%u2019s endorsement of Obama? Gallup poll shows only 3% of blacks for McCain... so why should Powell be any different.

That''s about right.

Palin doesn''t even realize she''s a Socialist Governor. Alaska gives each citizen $3000 per year. This is paid for by Alaskan taxes on oil companies. Thanks to Bush and McCain, these oil companies receive $4 billion in tax breaks. Some of these tax breaks are used to pay Alaska citizens. That''s called Socialism.
