Palin Calls In To Chat With Rush

Sarah Palin
"Dittos from Scanton," is how Alaska Governor Sarah Palin kicked off her telephone interview on the Rush Limbaugh radio show this afternoon as she called in before a scheduled rally in Pennsylvania. Palin's cell phone cut out on occasion and at one point dropped out altogether but she called back to conclude her chat with the very effusive radio host who has been one of her biggest supporters since she was chosen by John McCain to be his running mate.

Palin discussed the voter registration controversies surround ACORN, media treatment and her aggressiveness on the campaign trail. Here's a snippet from Palin from that part of the conversation:

"I've got nothing to lose in this and America has everything to gain by understanding the differences, the contrasts here, between Obama and McCain. So, I'm going out there and simply speaking. So be it that I'm a simple talker, but I'm just going out there and letting people know the differences and how absolutely paramount it is that voters are paying attention and that voters are understanding candidates' records, their associations, their plans for the future instead of being kind of wrapped up into all this rhetoric of Obama's and buying into it and not holding him accountable for the things that he's done, for the things that he's said, his associates and where he wants to take America."

no, obama hasn''t been investigated in full. if he had the ayers issues would have come out months ago.
i''ve known about it because i listen to a wide variety of media outlets, includng talk radio and internet research.
and what about the Birth Certificate he''s yet to furnish?
And no one has any information on his doings while at columbia.
and where do you think he got all his money from?
the man has been trained for this position since childhood, and not by anyone on the side of the US.
you may need to research more before voting.

"Scanton"?

Did the little airhead mean "Scranton"?

I suppose it is too much to expect from her.

PALIN LIES TO AMERICA WITH A STRAIGHT FACE

Americans are sick of politicians that simply LIE when they are confronted with their wrongdoing.

The Palin report said she BROKE THE ethics LAW. It is PLAIN WORDING. Palin says the report did NOT say what the PLAIN WORDS SAID? There is a word for that - a LIE.

This is the problem we''ve had for 8 years of REPUBLICAN RULE. Cheney and Bush wouuld do EXACTLY THE SAME THING- claim the facts were really something else, even when confronted with the facts.

There is no such thing as "my truth". The words are clear. Truth is not something Palin gets to MAKE UP.

Aren''t Americans sick of this cr*p?

Palin has no right to ask if we really know Obama. His record has already been subjected to intense scrutiny by the electorate, by Clinton as well as by McCain for nearly two years. Palin, on the other hand, is a complete neophyte who burst onto the national scene a mere six weeks ago. Her enthusiastic reception by social conservatives and less educated Republicans is alarming in light of her lack of preparation for national office. Her meteoric rise to fame marks the abandonment of political process for celebrity worship. Here is a woman whose pregnant teenage daughter is about to marry a foul-mouthed drug user while Palin is held up as an all-American mom, whose secessionist husband joined her in abuse of official power while she is held up as a paragon of patriotism, whose ignorance of history and law is looked upon as irrelevant and refreshing. How can this suspension of disbelief last longer than the length of a bad movie? Whether or not her candidacy is successful we must ask how this pretender has been promoted so effectively by the cynical McCain campaign managers. The future of this nation is at stake and too many of our fellow citizens cannot see the danger in her potential rise to the highest office in the land. It is truly frightening.

Republicans have lost all hopes on Sarah Palin. The only good thing she did for McCain was get the base energized in the convention (then re-energized after her debate, wonder how many times they need to be energized).

They know they cannot bring her in front of other news channels like CNN, CBS, NBC etc.. and going on Fox and Rush will not help them get any extra vote.

McCain must be be wishing only if he could turn back the time and pick Romney.

Palin can rage against the machine but rather than the "force" she has the "false" with her. Her smear tactics and out right lies have turned republican rallies into Klan meetings. So she called into Limbaugh''s show, like he''s not licking his lips over the prospect of a Barbie doll VP. The whole campaign is sickening.

Vote for John McCain, he respects veterans especially 87 year old fellow fighter pilots like John Glenn.

*********** John MccAin has a very funny way of showing respect for Veterans. He consistantly votes against veterans benefits and votes against bills that would help the familys of troops in Iraq, that are struggling to make ends meet.

Look Closely at brother McCain and you will discover that he is an opportunist who is drawn to the tv cameras like a magnet, and will talk a strong game.. But when the cameras are off, he wanders off looking for the next opportunity.

(Please don''''t remind me what he endured (not accomplished)40 years ago in a POW camp.

He also pushed for the law which prevents Americans from obtaining information on Vietnam POW/MIAs not yet accounted for.
