Veepstakes Watch
The question of the summer remains who Sens. McCain and Obama will pick to be their running mates. But almost as important as who the presumptive nominees choose will be when they choose them.
It's a question that doesn't have an easy answer for either campaign, especially since the Olympics figure to steal a lot of attention for the two weeks before the conventions. As The New York Times reports, McCain might have the advantage of waiting to see who Obama picks first before making his selection.
Wednesday morning brings some changes on both the Democratic and Republican sides of the CBSNews.com VP Hot Sheets
Among the Democratic vice presidential hopefuls, Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius received some especially warm praise from Obama, but Hillary Clinton maintains the top ranking after her performance in Unity.
And on the Republican side, Mitt Romney's buzz meter cranks up a notch thanks to a Politico scoop, and a couple of lesser known contenders move up on the list.
