Paul Hauls In Over $5 Million For Third Quarter
CBS News' Joy Lin reports that Ron Paul's campaign raised over $5 million in the third quarter. The libertarian-minded GOP candidate has attracted a dedicated following with his call to end the war in Iraq and advocacy of less government involvement in American life and commerce. The Texas Congressman has clashed with other Republican candidates in many of the televised debates on the war. Paul's take this past quarter is $2 million more than he raised during the first two quarters.
