Once a month, an The Early Show crew heads to the Williams-Sonoma flagship store at the Time Warner Center in Manhattan -- just a quick stroll from our studio. Once there, we spend the morning filming "Five-Minute Cooking School" segments with chef Tori Ritchie, who is a regular contributor to our show. These shoots can be long, but they're always a highlight of my month -- and not just because I get to taste everything we make!
