According the blog 9to5Mac, Apple is reportedly planning to update the iPod touch, shuffle and nano. Updates to the iPod touch may include a new design to accommodate the rumored, smaller dock connector on the next iPhone. The tech blog also suggest that the iPod Touch will retail for about $299 and $399 and may come in a variety of colors.

Updates for the iPad shuffle and nano are also expected. 9to5Mac's sources say that the shuffle will add three colors to its offerings - going from five colors to eight. There are currently no solid details of possible updates for the nano, but the blog speculates there will be design and internal changes.
Rumors of an iPad mini launching along with the iPhone 5 are starting to subside. For months, speculation persisted that Apple would launch a cheaper, smaller iPad with a 7.85-inch display.
Previously, the Chinese blog NetEase reported that Apple has placed an order for an iPad mini. According to the report, 6 million units have been ordered for release in the third quarter and wold retail for an estimated $249 to $299.
In March, DigiTimes reported that "makers" in Apple's supply chain have started "delivering samples of a 7.85-inch iPads for verification." Weeks later, a report from the Korea Times cited an unnamed Samsung official that corroborated previous reports of a 7.85-inch tablet.
Citing "several sources," AllThingsD reported last month that an iPad mini will be announced in October and not with the iPhone 5.
