In this frenetic primary season, if it's Tuesday, there's an election happening somewhere.

But after Hillary Clinton's surprise win in New Hampshire, change is being promised not only by the candidates, but by the so-called political experts, pundits and pollsters.

Is this prediction change? Pundit reform? Click the monitor at left to find out more.

Everyone talks about wanting ''change'' but the truth is that the ''changes'' being alluded to and promised are surface, not real change. When the US economy depends on service workers and giving everyone ''a chicken in every pot'' - or a house with unaffordable ARMs - we have a society on the brink of fiscal collapse. All but one candidate are ignoring the elephant in the room - that the global economy and the billions of our dollars going overseas will cause a collapse of our fiscal security, and will have our grandchildren living in a struggling country of trailers and Section 8 apartments, shopping at WalMart and doing without. The "changes" emotionally and inspirationally proffered are bandaids for massive internal injuries.

Dang, Katie, we''re the same age and you are still stunning as well as brilliant... sigh. Life really isn''t fair, is it? LOL

Okay, I like this one. You actually put forward a take I haven''t seen before, and don''t always play it safe, actually saying reporters used the opportunity to "play favorites".

You also touch on the fact that "predicting" is less about empirical analysis than it is a way pundits can dress their own personal biases in "objective" clothing.

What NH proved was that reporters have their favorites, and lept at the opportunity to pile on Hillary. This isn''t my personal bias -- this is what reporters have said. What better way for the liberal media to demonstrate objectivity than hate the Dem leader (Gore, Kerry, Hillary) and tout the authenticity of the Republican?
