It's Official -- Couric Is Coming

Maybe all those column inches weren't totally wasted over the past several months on the speculation revolving around Katie Couric. Yes, just in case you haven't heard it yet, the longtime "Today" show host announced this morning she is leaving that broadcast at the end of May and is headed to work for the CBS "Evening News" and "60 Minutes." No mention from Couric this morning specifically about the anchor position (not much doubt about that though) and no formal announcement just yet from CBS News (expected later today). We'll be dealing with this topic throughout today and the days, weeks and months to comes so, stay tuned. Meanwhile, you're all welcome to weigh in too.
