Tiger Won't "Rule Out" Golf Return in 2010

When will Tiger be back on the golf course?
The golf star said Friday that he is unsure when he will return to competitive golf but won't "rule out" this year.
During his first public comments in three months, Woods only briefly addressed his possible return to the PGA Tour.
"I do plan to return to golf one day," he said. "I just don't know when that day will be. I don't rule out it will be this year."
Golf's biggest star made his first public appearance Friday since he ran his SUV over a fire hydrant and into a tree outside his Florida home on Nov. 27, setting off a shocking and sordid sex scandal.

"When I return I need to make my behavior in line with the game," Woods said.
But CBS' David Feherty, who has covered Woods on the circuit, said the golfer may not come back soon.
"He may well take the entire year off. That would not surprise me," Faherty told CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric. "We in the golf community, despite what people have said and what people have read, we just want him back."
"I can tell you the vast majority of players out here just want their Tiger Woods back," he added. "They understand what he's done for the game. They understand how much he means, not just to him personally but to the game of golf, the increase in purse money, the extraordinary interest in golf that has been since he's been around."
