Sen. Graham demonstrates either a total lack of understand of foreign affairs or he is using Bengazi as an excuse not to face the critical issues before Congress. As a former member of the U.S. State Department Foreign Service Community, I understand the inherent dangers of representing the United States abroad. Ambassador Stephens and the others that lost their live in service to their country deserve more respect. Their deaths should not be a political football used to divert the nation's attention from the real issues facing Congress. The lost of these individuals is tragic. Foreign Service Officers and staff, Navy Seals, and the members of our military all serve understanding the potential for lose of life. Both Senators Graham and McCain need to listen to the American voters and leave their egos and pet dog bones at the door of the Senate Chambers. We need action not divisive rhetoric. It is time to move FORWARD!

The Republican ran the wrong candidate. Romney's behavior was unreasonable through-out his campaign. Romney's refusal to release his tax returns and the sheer arrogance displayed by Ann and Mitt turned voters off. The worst of all is the corruption Romney and his family was and is hiding from the American public and voter. It was a blessing to this nation Romney lost.

I am a Dem and I like immigrants and I travel to other countries precisely bc I enjoy a diversity of cultures. But I am against immunity to anyone for violating the law. Why should illegal immigrants get immunity from immigration laws and banks get immunity (through TARP) for violating sound business practices but I cannot get immunity from tax laws? For every $5,000 given to illegal immigrants in the form of discounted in-state college tuition, there are $5,000 less for discounts to in-state citizens. When breaking the law is so highly rewarded, why should anyone obey any law?

I am a Democrat and I travel to foreign countries bc I like different cultures and I like immigrants. But I did not vote for Obama this time bc I am fully against providing immunity to illegal immigrants or anyone else who violates the law. Why is it that people who violate immigration laws can have immunity from enforcement of those laws and banks can have immunity from the the consequences of irresponsible business practices by getting taxpayer bailouts, but I cannot have immunity from paying taxes? For every dollar spent on in-state tuition discounts for illegal immigrants, there is one less dollar to spend on in-state tuition for legal citizens. Is that fair? If you give immunity to illegal aliens, why should anyone obey any law?

I had to switch off Face the Nation this morning. Listening to Senator Graham carrying on about Libya just made me ill. This is a sad story, but it is past the election. We need to quit this divisive rhetoric and start trying to figure out how to move the country forward.

I used to have respect for Senator Graham as a somewhat reasonable voice of the conservatives. At one time, I thought he would be a good candidate for President. However, today, I find him to be increasingly strident and on the wrong side of history..
