Then, two Senators take on the ruling and its political and legal implications. Plus, what will it mean for patients and doctors? Norah sits down with Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla, M.D.

And, the view from the states with Gov. Martin O'Malley, D-Md., and Gov. Scott Walker, R-Wisc. How does the decision affect their states?

Question:
What insurance company did President Obama and the current administration assign as the Adminitrators of the Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) shortly after taking office?
Answer: United Healthcare - the same company that in the last three years has outsourced many of their jobs to workers in India and the Philipenes and eliminated the positions and laid-off the workforce here in the United States. All while still selling thier policies and collecting high premiums from unknowing employers and their employees.

Question:
Does this mean our federal government is not trying to create jobs in this country but in fact they too are giving American jobs needed to run our federal programs to workers in other countries?

Answer - It appears that way. They chose the insurance company that would oversee Medicaid - so they must have known where this companies workforce was relocated to.

Come on Americans - study this purposed program. Get the who's, what's, when's where's and why's before you choose a side.

I was amazed and disappointed by the nature of the interview with the Speaker. The interviewer showed little knowledge of the PPACA will be operational iced and the dramatic impact of the same on the existing system. The core of legislation's intent is a great idea, but the approach taken will have a devastating impact on the cost of health insurance....it will increase a lot! Some of the drivers are...the medical loss ratio factors, being one of the major drivers. The specific clauses this interviewer mentioned and tired to trap the Speaker into vetting on the air are not relevant when looking at the bigger picture of this approach to healthcare reform. Yes, individual mandate is part of the plan....but how will it be enforced? How will coverage be verified? Perhaps we would all be better off talking about the "how to" rather than taking position on specific coverage matters. PPACA is a revenue enhancement bill for the government. If someone took enough time to really study how it will be implemented....the interviewer would really have something to talk about.....but I don't hold much hope for that to occur based on today's uninformed posturing.

I agree with Sen. Tom Coburn that personal choice and bureaucratic ingredients of the new affordable health care provisions need critical review and adjustment, however, I disagree with Rep. Speaker John Boehner that it requires going back to what existed and starting over again. We do not need to return to abrasive and costly debate paid for by the taxpayer. The politicians need to turn to "supportive" American worker provisions and programs.

What I personally like is the health care debate is now presented from a position of inclusion, not from the previous position of exclusion. Including individuals in the responsibility of health care was the uphill battle. With that in place, it is now time to improve and streamline.

The democrats currently have my ear, however, as an independent voter, this is not an endorsement of democrat ideology. If the democrats now turn into the party of "no" and refuse to recognize provisions that are costly, restrict freedom and prohibit economic growth it will destroy the current supportive view.

Message for republicans: If you want my vote, stop the tantrums and explain the "specifics" of adjustment that would convince me otherwise, i.e. the movement to "inclusion" is a tangible specific while the claim of "more costly" is yet to be proven, therefore, not tangible. If health care costs continue the uncontrolled rise as they did under the Bush administration, the claim becomes tangible and the democrats better be ready-and-willing to make necessary adjustments. Tangible is the difference between a response with specifics and generalized political spin.

1) Romney had the same bill in MASS
2) Obama hired Romney's bill author to work on ACA
3) According to the author, it's the SAME BILL
4) The Heritage Foundation, a leading GOP think tank, praised MASS's bill
5) The lies that this bill will increase taxes and the deficit are FALSE

Tell the truth for a change, instead of fear mongering.

Speaker Boehner said on 7/1/12 Face the Nation that he wants state high-risk pools to take care of citizens with pre-existing conditions. Doesn't Speaker Boehner know that the tough eligibility standards - to qualify for some or all of state high-risk pools, you have to have had a health insurance policy before moving to the high-risk pool? Doesn't he know the high-risk pool is so expensive that ordinary citizens cannot afford it?

Honestly I don't think these politicians who want to throw out Obama Care have an understanding of the health care system in this country.

One more thing - they gripe about "government taking over insurance companies" by which they mean regulate insurance companies. Insurance companies are monstrosities that have to be regulated or they'll eat up their own clients. And they ARE regulated already so the Repub screechy-arguments are either propaganda or inexcusable ignorance.

I just heard O'Malley throw out United Healthcare as one of the insurance companies that is working towards wellness and jobs for Americans. Please Govener, check your facts. United Healthcare has eliminated thousands of jobs throughout the United States and outsourced these positions to India, and the Philipines. Call 1-877-842-3210 and after you get through the American tape recorded greeting, and numerous prompts - see who answers the phones. It won't be an American. It will be a phone bank manned by individuals that say thier name is Ed, Sam, Pam (one syllable names) and occasionally a PEGGY. These people cannot pronouce half the words they are reading on the computer screen. They cannot give accurate healthcare guidance. They are not educated in the issues they are answering about. They type in a topic (like podiatry) and they try to read a screen. The dialect in their voices is impossible to interpret. You get off the phone more confused than you were prior to the call and the worst part is you cannot call back and get the same rep. for clarification. They disappear into a huge workforce - so they cannot be held liable for the incorrectly quoted information. If you ask them to tell you or explain what they just read in more understandable terms - they cannot. They can only read the screen. They misquote and mishandle 9 out of every 10 calls I make to them.(I work in the healthcare field directly with the insurance companies). Then when a bill is submitted to them for payment- they deny the services or send less to the medical professional than is due. Again, follow-up is impossible because the outsourced workforce cannot tell you why your claim has been mishandled or who to call in America for help. United Healthcare's business practices fall right in line with the governments handling of this healthcare issue. Smoke screen double-talk and sneaky money pilfering from the payors in this country. Govenor O'Malley, if you ever need medical care - avoid a United Healthcare promoted physician. You'll walk in with a hang-nail and out with gang green of the toe. Your care and treatment plan will be dictated and implemented from a computer screen in a sweat shop in India.

I should clarify two things in my statement. (1) The "UH promoted physicians" are all very well educated doctors that want to administer the best treatment to their patients but they are limited to what this health plan will approve or pay for. (2) the "sweat shop" comparison was meant to highlight the outsourcing of jobs. I'm sure they are fairly paid- but it is probably less than the ousted Americans were making.

A) True journalistic pushing for the TRUTH.

Obama Care.... How do we get to the point as to referring health care as Obama Care. Politics! It's either a cuss word or a word of praise when it should be neither. Those who already receive help will continue to get help those who can afford insurance will continue to do so and those of us in the middle will continue to struggle. Am I glad that I am able to keep my children on my insurance until they're 26, yes. But I would be much happier if they could get a good job and get their own insurance. Government help is addictive. It's like a drug. It may feel good but becoming dependent is devastating.
Think about this if my (your)Social Security had not all been given away already we wouldn't even talking about this because they politicians would take that money and give it to someone else. Shame on them!!! No, shame on us American for letting this get this far and shame on the New's for not representing all people and letting their opinion always show.
