Emmys 2012: "The Amazing Race" dominates reality series category again

This year, it beat out many of the same shows -- "Dancing with the Stars" (ABC), "Project Runway" (Lifetime), "So You Think You Can Dance" (Fox) and "Top Chef" (Bravo) -- but with "The Voice" (NBC) replacing "Idol."
"The Amazing Race" 21
"The "Amazing Race" had a seven-year winning streak until 2010 when Bravo's "Top Chef" took home the award. But last year, "The Amazing Race" took back the honor, beating "American Idol," "Dancing with the Stars," Project Runway," "Top Chef" and "So You Think You Can Dance."
A new season of "The Amazing Race" premieres on Sept. 30 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
