Never mind the stuff after referring to Patty Davis... which is considerable, but the most important piece (the book, penned by her) is pretty eye-opening as well.
She apologized long ago, and she stated it was the biggest mistake of her life. She hopes forgiveness is possible, and she says she sleeps every night with those events in her mind.
Anyone that has known of her work, she has demonstrated her patriotism for America.
Since it is fact that America was mislead into several wars by lies as the Gulf of Tonkin incident, and release of the Pentagon Papers I have long ago decided that there were no good side on that war. It wasn't my war, it was my brothers', and he forgave her ignorance.
I urge you all to reexamine the war and our involvement and you will see America didn't belong there.
On another note: I always thought it humorous that the General in charge of the war was named Westmoreland....get it? West More Land?.....lol
I certainly wouldn't pay to see any movie in which Nancy Reagan is a character.
