Valerie Bertinelli gets star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
Actress Valerie Bertinelli who was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with her "Hot in Cleveland" co-stars on Aug. 22, 2012, in Hollywood, Calif.
/ Frazer Harrison/Getty Images(CBS News) Actress Valerie Bertinelli cemented her place in Hollywood.
The "Hot in Cleveland" star received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Bertinelli's co-stars - Betty White, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick - were all at the ceremony across the street from Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard.
Bertinelli is best known for her co-starring role on CBS' "One Day at a Time" in the mid- '70s. She received two Golden Globes for her portrayal of teen Barbara Cooper in the show.
New episodes of "Hot in Clevland" are scheduled to air Nov. 28.

- never heard of her other than seeing her do infomercials about something or other. they seem to give those walk of fame stars to just about anybody in the business for just about anything they do. never heard of tv one day at a time nor hot in cleveland which apparently is just tv stuff. she is not a film actress so maybe they should have a walk of fame area just for the tv types.
