The 44-year-old actor/singer also wore the shirt on stage as he presented an award, another sign intended to make a statement on the controversial matter that has taken the nation by storm.
Back in February, Foxx voiced his support for Martin's family after their 17-year-old son was killed.
Foxx, meanwhile, has a big year coming up career-wise. He's starring in Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained," due around the holidays. He's also attached to the upcoming Bruce Willis film, "Kane & Lynch."
