Chris Brown-Drake brawl: Nightclub sues NYC
The State Liquor Authority made the decision after an emergency meeting at which it implemented its zero tolerance for "violent bars" and suspended the license of W.i.P and its adjacent Greenhouse.
The company that runs Greenhouse sued the city Monday for shutting it down, saying it was losing $264,000 a week.
Police shuttered Greenhouse on June 16, citing code violations. Two days earlier, Brown and members of rapper Drake's entourage faced off in W.i.P. Brown and NBA star Tony Parker were among those injured.
