"America's Got Talent" narrows field at its Las Vegas boot camp
"America's Got Talent" contestants in an episode that aired on June 25, 2012.
/ Virginia Sherwood/NBC(CBS News) "America's Got Talent" judges Howard Stern, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel went to Las Vegas Monday to bring the talent pool down to the top 48. (SPOILER ALERT)
The judges sorted the contestants into three groups: judges' favorites, the standbys and those going into the next round. The judges' favorites had to perform in Vegas to advance and the standbys are able to fill in any leftover spots.
Those who didn't make any list were sent home without performing. Charlie C, the girl group Ivy Rose and Bandz Brothers were all left off the list. But, fans will be pleased that the Olati Brothers dog show, the Human Cannonball and musician William Close were all chosen to move on to the live show.
Now for the performances, in the stunt category, crossbowman Ben Blaque upped his ante and shot blindfolded at a target above his assistant. Mary Joyner, daughter of late Olympic gold medalist Florence Griffith-Joyner, didn't perform as well as she did on her first audition, but Australian singer Nikki Jensen rocked out to the Rolling Stones.
The night's episode failed to see anyone eliminated after the performances, viewers will have to wait till Wednesday to find out who goes home.

- Again, I will say, I WILL NOT BE WATCHING 'AGT' ANYMORE AS OF THE LAST SHOW IN VEGAS. I CANNOT BELIEVE 'BIG HARRY' IS GOING TO NEW YORK AND THE 'LARGE' LADY WITH THE HORRIBLE WIG, ETC., to name a couple. I'm beginning to believe ALL THESE SHOWS ARE RIGGED!!!!!!!!! I WILL MISS NICK CANNON, SHARON AND HOWIE. WHERE IS ANDREW DE LEON NOW CBS????

- Here is to tell Howard Stern and Americans Got Talent that I will stop watching the show NOW unless they bring back Andrew DeLeon. So he 'froze',, probably because of Stern's stare!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH SOME OF THE PEOPLE THEY KEPT ON, and let Andrew go home. I stopped watching 'Idiol' because of bad judges and will stop watching 'TALENT' also. Sharon and Howie have a heart, but who does Howard Stern think he is???? He needs to go back to his radio show.
