Bruce Springsteen performs in Berlin on May 30, 2012.
/ APSpeaking in German, he told the sold-out crowd, "In America, a lot of people have lost their jobs. But also in Europe and in Berlin, times are tough." Then before performing one of his new tracks, "Jack of All Trades," Springsteen said, "This song is for all those who are struggling."
The Boss has played Berlin before, and on Wednesday. he recalled his July 1988 concert behind the old Iron Curtain in East Berlin.
"Once in a while you play a place, a show that ends up staying inside of you, living with you for the rest of your life," he said. "East Berlin in 1988 was certainly one of them."
Springsteen & the E Street Band has been on the road behind the album, "Wrecking Ball."

Sort of like your concert promoters, right Bruce?
BUT, I think BANKERS are a problem, read about Spain, lending recklessly, even in the USA, lending to people with fake or lousy incomes to buy homes to 'turn' them.
When I bought a house, had to have 20-25% down AND 25% of gross income had to be same as mortgage payment.
Today, i'm in debt up to my ar se because for years credit cards had the 0% intro rate... and using it I upped my 'standard' of living. NOW i'm paying the 'piper' or banker in this case. But today, using minimal credit cards and paying down my debt FAST ! Especially with Europe, Greece and Spain, CRASHING before our eyes. Spain? run on the banks... read how much has been withdrawn already !
In the USA, checking and saving is 'insured' FDIC, what about my 401K money, Insured? no? then time to think about 'pulling' it before they put it on hold like some places did in the US a few years back
