I'm totally hetero, but I do not condemn anyone for making different choices than I do.
I'm for the contract of marriage. The church event is something completely different but people insist on mixing the issues here. And when it comes to religion; people cannot agree on that either - Because EVERYBODY'S religion is the right one.
Having said that, not even the choice of religion makes everybody happy.
So just remember this... If you are not paying their bills, you have no say so in the matter.

"Nixon has two children from her previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes." -- Who was it that said that bisexuality is real but homosexuality isn't?

Also... my wife (who is hetero) attended an arts magnet school and got to know several homosexual classmates there. She has told me that in every homosexual relationship, there is a "male" and a "female". (Doesn't that alone imply that homosexuals are sick people who are still trying to have a man-woman relationship in their own twisted way?) In this case, I think it's obvious that Christine is the "male".

That makes no sense... Christine cannot be the male figure if she was the one who had the baby.
As you can see, it's more complex than all the opinions one can form about homosexuality.

I see CBS is reporting on things that belong in a entertainment rag like Entertainment Tonight or TMZ.
How CBS loves to push the gay agenda and the freak show no one but homosexuals and other sexual deviants are only interested in.

Sex in the City was nothing more than light porn about women from the big city fornicating like s-luts and pigs at the drop of the hat that only sexually frustrated women would watch.
All this ties in with the this sexually immoral non news story only CBS seems to be of importance and of course the other gossip rags.

personally oppose same sex marriage on the grounds that same sex couples cannot procreate. opposition is based solely on biology. do support same sex civil unions for the purposes of inheritance, insurance, etc. if same sex allowed then why not sibling marriage of opposite or same sex? why not marriage to own parent? opposition in those instances are probably based on biology, genes, and societal taboos. if same sex is approved then why not approve all as long as couples are of legal age?

So, sterile people should not be able to marry?
Face it, it's based on bigotry.

So the act of sexual intercourse should only occur with the intent of creating a child? Using you logic any sexual contact not intended to create a life should be banned.

Sorry, but in spite of all the I do's and forms they signed ,they are not really married !

Marriage outside the bounds of a conjugal between a man and woman just doesn't exist, no matter how many lawmakers and judges say different.

You see they haven't got the authority or final say in the matter !

In the end, it will all come out and all will answer for what they believe. Hopefully what I believe is right (man and woman = marriage), as I want to kneel before my Lord with righteousness in my heart. I believe it is wrong, not for the religious reasons, but rather for the biological and physiological/philosophical/moral reasons. My religions beliefs just bolster those arguments in my mind and help me to feel I am right beyond the other reasons.

I can say with confidence that the child born was not theirs.
It's one thing to say I do, but quite another to give birth.

Different strokes for different strokes.

I hate to rain on your parade, but gay 'marriage' is going to become more and more common. Personally, I wish they'd call it something other than 'marriage', but it's not keeping me awake at night.

Besides, the entire 'controversy' is just something manufactured by politicians to keep us squabbling over something besides jobs and the economy, 2nd-rate education system, the deficit, etc., etc.

Do you think the politicians really care one way or the other ??

I meant to say 'Different strokes for different folks'. Sorry for the misquote.
