"The Celebrity Apprentice": Two celebs fired, Aubrey O'Day walks

(CBS News) Sunday night's three-hour episode of "The Celebrity Apprenice" brought lots of drama, including two firings and one star walking off the show.

The extra-long episode featured two separate challenges - the first was to create a celebrity-styled guidebook of New York City, while the second required teams to create a membership kit for Walk with Walgreens.

During Task 1, Teresa Giudice acted as project manager for Team Forte, while Dee Snider stepped up in the role for Team Unanimous. The winning team was chosen by who raised the most money.

Guest judge Regis Philbin selected the women's book as his favorite, earning them $35,000 towards their fundraising pool. But that bonus check couldn't push them past the men's team, who beat their fundraising efforts by just $14.

Giudice, Dayana Mendoza and Debbie Gibson were brought into the boardroom, and Gibson was fired for raising the least money out of that group (Aubrey O'Day actually raised the least money for the women's team, but she was not brought into the boardroom).

Then, before the second task began, Donald Trump mixed up the single-sex teams. Guiduce, O'Day, Arsenio Hall, Clay Aiken and Paul Teutul, Sr. made up one team, while the other had Lou Ferrigno, Lisa Lampanelli, Penn Jillette, Mendoza and Snider.

Hall and Ferrigno were project managers for this challenge. Though O'Day and Hall butted heads throughout the task, their team's kit was deemed the best. Snider's team was criticized for their poor design, and the Twisted Sister frontman was sent packing.

But the exit everyone was talking about was O'Day's. The former Danity Kane singer said she didn't want to be around the "negativity" and was seen heading for the elevators, which fired stars use when they depart "The Celebrity Apprentice."

Don't expect her departure to be permanent, however - O'Day revealed on Twitter that she stays on the show.

Lisa and Aubrey believe they are God's gift to everyone. They have all of the ideas, but the ladies' team has lost 5 times. They only talk and listen to each other and back stab everyone else on the team with name calling, inuendo, and out and out meaness. I'm so happy that Arsenio stepped to put Aubrey in her place. She had it coming and I hope Lisa gets hers too. Arsenio everyone respects you for calling Aubrey out. The men have consistently won, but she wanted to take credit for your win....Lisa I wrote everything. Unfortunately, it appears she is coming back. Hopefully with a little more humility and respect for her fellow teammates.

Audrey and Lisa are narcissists, the kind I haven't seen on reality TV in a while and they seem to be unashamedly proud of it. They both seem to enjoy belittling and insulting anyone and everyone who they don't like. Lisa particularly the Foulmouthed B1&*h who just can't seem to accept that Dayana has both beauty and brains and she herself is now an old fart.
Coming back to Audrey, she refused to accept responsibility each time the team lost while she was the PM. Y'day as a team member she brought in the minimum charity $ and Teresa who is another totally spineless, clueless (why the heck is she even in the Celebrity apprentice) member of this duo didn't have the guts to bring Audrey back to the boardroom. Audrey deserved to be fired and by not bringing her back, Teresa should have been booted.

Everytime Audrey looses as a PM, she blames her teammates (Dayana typically) and yet doing the least in the 1st episode, y'day, she refused to accept responsibility as well. You could also see Lisa the other conniving b^&%h who was foul mouthing Lou when he decided to take the stage as a PM in the Walgreens episode and when Trump appreciated Lou's part as being very likable by the sponsors, she immediately changed track and suddenly found him (Lou) to be pretty good as a PM.

Arsenio gave Audrey what she and Lisa had been dishing to everyone else on the show who didn't toe their line. Wish Lisa was on the other side as well. Hope Audrey stays out and Lisa follows suit so we can have some civilized sanity on the show. I'd say if she doesn't come back, good riddance.
