Assange, who is currently on house arrest in England, reportedly recorded his lines at an unknown location as he was directed remotely from Los Angeles, reports Entertainment Weekly.
In the episode Homer and Marge found out the residents of Springfield are plotting to kick them out of town. The couple then heads out of town and that is where they meet Assange, who takes them in.
In addition to "The Simpsons," Assange told Rolling Stone that he will host his own talk show on Russia's English language channel RT in March.
The milestone "Simpsons" episode airs on Feb. 19.
