Nicki Minaj brings a Pope-alike as her red carpet date

The rapper made a grand entrance, reminiscent of Lady Gaga showing up inside an egg at last year's Grammys.
The religious-looking figure also appeared in a pre-taped segment that aired during the show. In the clip, he shows up at a house to perform an exorcism. Minaj's live performance included a slew of religious imagery, which has already sparked a flurry of reaction online.
