Macaulay Culkin is in "perfectly good health": Rep

(Credit: Getty)Culkin, 31, looked especially thin in photos posted online by Entertainment Tonight. In the shot, Culkin is holding a can of Red Bull while he stops to pose with a fan in New York.
A rep tells Us Weekly, "Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any other media to speculate otherwise is thoughtless, irresponsible and destructive."
Culkin and his girlfriend Mila Kunis split in 2010 after eight years together.
