Perry indicated in a court filing Tuesday that she and Brand had reached a settlement of all issues in the case. On Wednesday, Superior Court Judge Marc Marmaro agreed to grant the couple's divorce, but it won't become official until July 14.

Report: Brand not seeking Perry's money in divorce
California law requires couples to wait six months after filing for divorce before it becomes official.
In Perry's filing, according to People, the singer seeks to legally restore her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. She also asks that the court not be involved in awarding spousal support to her ex.
Brand's filing reportedly checks the boxes that say both sides "agree this cause may be decided as an uncontested matter" and they waive their rights to a trial.
Brand filed for divorce Dec. 30. He and Perry have blamed "irreconcilable differences" for their split.
On Wednesday, it was reported that the Brand is not seeking any money from his high-earning estranged wife, though the couple reportedly did not have a prenuptial agreement.
Brand and Perry did not indicate in court filings when they separated.
The British comedian and the pop star were married in October 2010 at a resort inside a tiger reserve in India.
