Daniel Radcliffe on first major role after "Potter"

(CBS) There's a strong likelihood that Daniel Radcliffe will forever tied to his most famous role - playing the titular character in the "Harry Potter" films. But, as he told CBSNews.com at a New York screening of his new thriller, "The Woman in Black," he doesn't seem to mind the constant mentions of Potter during his interviews.

"I would have been a fool if I thought that I would not be asked those questions," Radcliffe, 22, said. "And it's completely fine."

He added, "I'm still incredibly proud of my time on those ["Harry Potter"] movies...and don't want to not be associated with them."

In "The Woman in Black," adapted from Susan Hill's 1983 novel, Radcliffe stars as a young father and lawyer who encounters a vengeful ghost in a remote manor. The star warned his younger fans, "If you're under 12, don't see this film...It's really scary and you will be kept up at night."
