Michael Fassbender carried out of his own premiere party

(Credit: Getty)(CBS) Michael Fassbender made an unorthodox exit from the London afterparty for the premiere of his film "A Dangerous Method" earlier this week - on piggyback.
The actor was spotted being carried outby an unidentified man, and a British tabloid reports that he was asked to leave the fete on Tuesday after having a bit too much fun.
"Michael was politely asked to leave," a source at the party told The Sun. "He was in good spirits but it was becoming a bit of a handful for the other guests."
The source added, "He was grabbing his co-stars and waltzing around the room with them. He lit a cigarette indoors and that was the point it had gone too far."
Fassbender was photographed inside the GQ-hosted bash dancing with co-stars Keira Knightley and Viggo Mortensen, along with taking a turn at a piano.
A GQ editor shot down The Sun's report on Twitter, calling it "complete fiction."
"We were glad he was there and no one was asked to leave early but hey, feel free to just make it up," Olivia Cole wrote.
Fassbender's critically acclaimed performance in "Shame" was not included in the best actor category when Oscar nominations were announced last month.
