The single, called "Give Me All Your Luvin,'" features Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., Reuters is reporting. It was composed by Martin Solveig and Michael Tordjman.
The new album is due out March 26.
An excerpt from the song's video will preview on "American Idol" on Thursday, with the full video appearing on Madonna's YouTube channel the following day.
The 53-year-old singer/actor/director returns to music with this album, her 12th studio album, for the first time since she wound up her Sticky & Sweet Tour with a live album, also called "Sticky & Sweet Tour." Both promoted "Hard Candy," her last studio album, released in April of 2008.
In the interim, Madonna has focused on directing and promoting her new movie "W.E.," about the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.
