I think it sad that all the tv awards go to the he r-rated shows on premium channels. Disney should have won awards for its shows such as wizards of waverly place, and good luck Charlie. Selena Gomez and Bridgit Mendler deserve recognition for their work.

The only award Hollywood should get is first prize for misogyny. Lately they seem to be trying to convince us that assassins and terrorists are often women from Europe or America (e.g, Mission Impossible IV, The American, Unknown, Transporter2, Die another Day etc, etc.). In the real world there are terrorist attacks and assassinations every day and the number of times women from Europe or America are the perpetrators is very low (like about zero). Since Hollywood can export "action adventure" more readily than comedy or more subtle drama it is creating a bizarre and nasty image of Western women in the rest of the world at precisely the time it supports sending European and American women to fight wars in the Middle East. I think it's an unchivalrous stab in the back to western women. If Hollywood can't deal with reality, it shouldn't substitute misogynist fantasy.

Do these people ever get tired of congratulating themselves? I've lost count of how many of these award shows that have been on TV in the last few weeks. Surely by now the people without at least one of these awards are in the minority. There are plenty of awards in one year so that everyone should be able to at least get one award.

I can just see it now.

Actor 1: "Hey I'll trade you two Oscars for 2 People choice awards, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actor's guild award?"

Actor/Musician 2: "Nah, I got some of those last year. My case is full of Grammys, BET awards and Emmys. I'll trade you some of those."

Actor 1: "No but I'll throw in one of my Lifetime achievement awards?"

Actor 2: "I already have four of those."

Actor 1: "Fine, how about a couple of tickets to Disney World?"

Actor 2: "Deal".
