Armie Hammer mug shot surfaces after drug bust

(CBS) Despite just having been arrested, Armie Hammer looked very put together and preppy in his mug shot, sporting a popped collar in the recently released image.

Hammer was arrested in November after a drug-sniffing dog reportedly discovered marijuana in his car at a border patrol checkpoint in West Texas.

According to police the 25-year-old actor spent about a day in jail before paying a $1,000 bond. Arrest records state that "The Social Network" actor had 0.02 ounces of marijuana, three medicinal marijuana cookies and one brownie when he was stopped in Sierra Blanca.

Hammer is expected to be hitting the red carpet on Sunday for the Screen Actors Guild Awards where he is nominated for best supporting actor for his performance in "J. Edgar."

Oh, gee. I feel so much safer that someone with a cookie and a brownie is arrested. I was SOOOOOOOOOOO afraid. Good God. Doesn't anyone see the idiocy of this nonsense, not to mention the cost. Disgusting beyond belief.; Reply to this comment
