The site obtained the 911 tape, but the information was heavily redacted due to patient confidentiality.
The 50-year-old was taken to the hospital from her Los Angeles-area home and placed in Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center's intensive care unit, after reportedly taking a "dangerous mix of prescription drugs and alcohol."
Locklear was discharged Friday afternoon, according to a spokeswoman for the hospital.
Locklear has been hospitalized several times over the years and in 2009 pleaded no contest to reckless driving after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.
